Summary
based on this title ,
i think this article is written about the result of questionnaire which is more gained support from people.

to buy a house guarantees us living in good part.
but thinking in case of declines of house prices , we can't think of it as good investment.

the other hand, renting can be cheaper.
but renter never gains money from his or her investment.

THINK-OVER

a first idea i read this article is  japanese don't define buying a home as financial investments.
that's the deference attitude between america and japan.
(how about fin?)

i think that it's better to rent a home than to buy it.
because i think owing a home has a greater risks.
i come up with mainly two risks.

first risk.
because of company transfer , we can't decide whether we live one place for a long time.
if we changed the other place to live ,we wouldn't know whether we could find renter or not.

second risk.
in many cases we will use home lone when we buy a house.
then , there is risks of restructuring or decrease (decline ,drop ) in come at this Japanese economy's condition.cycle road race

last weekend , i ride a road bike to  a nearby mountain where one of the biggest cycle road race in japan is taking place in.

do they do something special?

one of the familiar National Holidays is january 1st.
this day family gather for the celebration of new year.

September 15th is "Respect-for-the-Aged Day."
The day was established to show respect for the contribution elderly people have made to society.

Summary

based on this title ,
i think this article is written about why tokyo is the world's most expensive city.

blommberg businessweek said that  japan is the wold's most expensive city , compared the price of food and basic goods and services in cities all over the world.

for example , it cost $21 to eat a quick lunch.
and a movie ticket is nearly $24.

think-over

i checked the city where we need much money to live on the internet.

it listed tokyo in japan, oslo in norway, nagoya in japan, stanbanger in norway in descending according to price.

it was much surprised for me who living in japan to know it.

when i think about it carefully ,
to be sure , Things may be expensive in Japan.

but the one thing that i want to tell is there is a very broad price range in tokyo.

i mean ,  if you get a low price on food , you can do.

so , tokyo is not always an inconvenient place to live.

Instead, because  you can choose everything at wide range of prices , you'll be a happy to live tokyo.

if i gave advice to traveler in japan ,
the best way to find something less expensive than guidebook says is to follow the college students.

if you do it , you are sure to find good and not expensive Japanese style pubs.

A problem has come up , and i don't fix it yet.
so Tomorrow's going to be a long day.

it's difficult to hear your voice.
