Summary
based on this title ,
i think this article is written about the result of questionnaire which is more gained support from people.
to buy a house guarantees us living in good part.
but thinking in case of declines of house prices , we can't think of it as good investment.
the other hand, renting can be cheaper.
but renter never gains money from his or her investment.
THINK-OVER
a first idea i read this article is japanese don't define buying a home as financial investments.
that's the deference attitude between america and japan.
(how about fin?)
because i think owing a home has a greater risks.
i come up with mainly two risks.
first risk.
because of company transfer , we can't decide whether we live one place for a long time.
if we changed the other place to live ,we wouldn't know whether we could find renter or not.
second risk.
in many cases we will use home lone when we buy a house.
then , there is risks of restructuring or decrease (decline ,drop ) in come at this Japanese economy's condition.cycle road race
last weekend , i ride a road bike to a nearby mountain where one of the biggest cycle road race in japan is taking place in.
checking on the
i had a great time.
Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate that.
